This week I'm talking to my friend, Danny, who picked up running when he moved up to Humboldt County a few years ago and quickly became an avid long distance runner. We talked about his experience of becoming a runner, how he figured out the best cannabis doses and products for his runs, and why he enjoys it all.

Danny is a co-owner of the South G Kitchen food truck outside of the Redwood Curtain Brewery in Arcata, which - in my opinion - has some of the best food in town.

He's also a fellow Midwesterner - originally from Michigan - so you might hear more of our Midwest accents. :)
